"Received an email a few hours before the trip saying I would have to pay an additional £5 in cash to cover the Heathrow drop off charge. Very annoying that this was not included in the original charge and finding £5 at 4am was not easy. Disappointing especially as this was one of the more expensive quotes we assumed this sort of thing would not be an issue. Next time I’ll just get a black cab it would be cheaper. "

"I requested a Mercedes S Class LWB. I was called the day before stating there was no Mercedes S Class’ available, I was offered an alternative being a Mercedes V Class. I accepted that as my interpretation of a Mercedes V Class is a nice luxury van. However what turned up was a beaten up old Mercedes Vito van. The driver was rude and insisted playing his house music as loud as possible. This is my first time using Taxicode and I’m very far from impressed.
